We are looking for a professional, dynamic and dedicated person who will be able to offer unparalleled customer service at all times. The clerk participates in the various tasks of the store including, among other things, customer service, preparation, and shipping of orders. More specifically, the person will have to:

• Provide quality customer service at all times with courtesy while offering professional advice, both over the phone and by email;
• Know the products and their specifications;
• Complete the entire online ordering process (invoicing, inspection, packaging, and shipping);
• Provide unparalleled after-sales service, especially when requesting a refund or an exchange;
• Prepare, place and identify the merchandise for sale (reception, labeling, arrangement by size, display…);
• Talk to customers to understand their needs, be able to present them the products they are looking for;
• Ensure the general cleanliness of the store and the backroom to comply with government hygiene rules;
• Participate in any related task related to the proper functioning of the store;

Teamwork, versatility, and customer service are necessary skills for this position as well as:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in retail or customer service;
• Possess excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills;
• Bilingual (French / English) - professional language;
• Have a keen interest in fashion and sales;
• Knowledge of MS Office and Retail Point (an asset);
• Autonomous, organized, and motivated;
• Rigor and attention to detail;
• Well-groomed appearance;
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends;
• Be physically fit to perform standing work and lifting weights (approximately 25 lbs);
