In order to improve the customer experience at Jourdain, we are offering you two hours of free parking at the Québec City Town Hall, with any in-store purchase.

To take advantage of it, you must go to the Quebec City Town Hall parking lot and take a ticket by pressing the green button. It is important NOT to insert your credit card at the entrance, as our offer will not be applicable.

Present your ticket in the store following your purchase. We will give you two tickets for the exit of the parking lot.

Exiting the parking lot:

•  Scan the two tickets given in the store.
•  Scan your ticket received at the entrance of the parking lot.
• If you stayed less than 2 hours, no amount should be disbursed.
• If you stayed more than 2 hours, you will be asked for the difference.
