What a wonderful experience. Ordered a beautiful Dale of Norway, at the time I had no idea they had a sale on and they automatically refunded me the difference. Package arrived in a couple of days nicely wrapped along with a hand written thank you from Stephanie. Super impressed, will definitely purchase from them again.

My recent purchase from your boutique was a great experience.

The service was superb. Each time I phoned the clerk was very polite and 
knowledgeable.  My parcel was delivered in a very timely fashion and I was pleased to see  the care you took to wrap my jacket in a beautiful chiffon paper. A nice  thank you card made me feel I choose the right merchant for my online  purchase.

Over the past several days I have worn my Dale of Norway Colorado Jacket. 
The material and construction quality is extremely high, the fit very good 
and the performance of the jacket in windy and cool conditions is awesome.

I recently ordered a Dale sweater from you.  I was a tad nervous because it’s not inexpensive and I had not heard of Jordain previously – in fact I googled to find out if there were any complaints and if you were legitimate. 

I want to thank you for your exceptional service.  From the moment I placed the order, I was able to track the package online through Canada Post.  It arrived in a timely manner.  The sweater was beautifully wrapped in blue tissues (I wanted to see the sweater but leave your presentation for Christmas!) and there was a very lovely, personalized note inside.  Many, many thanks. 

I would HIGHLY recommend you – although I’ll have to wait until after Christmas as I don’t want to blow the surprise for my husband.  He is going to love skiing in that sweater!
